You can use our search tool by entering your ZIP code and selecting the type of support you’re looking for — whether it’s a therapist or caregiver with neurodiversity experience.
We offer a free basic membership with access to resources, and paid tiers for enhanced features like parent networking, downloads, and direct messaging.

Once you create a profile, you’ll be able to join the NeuroKrew parent network where you can message others, join support groups, and plan local meetups.

Yes, all caregivers must undergo a background check. Therapists may also choose to upload credentials and documentation for verification.

How do I create a caregiver profile?

Click “Join as a Caregiver” and follow the prompts to enter your experience, availability, and upload a photo. You’ll also complete a background check.

Not necessarily. We welcome all kinds of caregiving experience — from babysitters to respite providers. Just be honest and clear in your profile.

We offer tiered memberships, including a free basic listing. Upgraded tiers offer more visibility and features like reviews, photos, and scheduling tools.

Families search by ZIP code and experience. Be sure your profile is complete and reflects your background with neurodiverse children to improve your match potential.

Absolutely. You control your own availability — including evenings, weekends, or flexible part-time hours.
You’ll receive a message in your NeuroKrew inbox or email (depending on your settings), and you can coordinate directly with the family from there.

How do I join NeuroKrew as a provider?

Click “Join as a Provider” to create your listing. You’ll enter your credentials, services, insurance info, and availability. You can also upload a profile photo.

We welcome speech therapists, OTs, PTs, ABA providers, play therapists, developmental pediatricians, music therapists, and more!

We offer three tiers: a free basic listing, a Pro listing with enhanced features, and a Featured listing with homepage and social media exposure.

Yes! If you’re a sole proprietor or freelancer, you can set your own hours — even if you work elsewhere full-time.

Yes, individual therapists employed by an agency can still create a freelance profile and see clients outside of their regular hours.

Parents search by ZIP code and specialty. Having a complete, detailed profile — including insurance accepted — helps you stand out.
